Yarramine was engaged by private developer to undertake Bushfire and Ecological Impact Assessments for a proposed 1 into 2 lot subdivision located along the escarpment at Cabarlah.  The assessments were required as
part of a development application package for Toowoomba Regional Council.

Through a desktop review, along with a site assessment, Yarramine identified a number of vegetation and bushfire risk constraints influencing subdivision design.  Design recommendations were provided to minimise ecological impacts and manage fire risk ensuring the subdivision proposal met Toowoomba Regional Council's planning scheme requirements.
