Air Quality Monitoring

Our range of ambient air quality monitoring services are primarily carried out to assess the extent of pollution, ensure compliance with legislation and approvals, evaluate control options, investigating complaints and to provide data for air quality modelling.

There are a number of different methods to measure any given pollutant, varying in complexity, reliability and detail of data - ranging from simple passive sampling techniques to highly sophisticated remote sensing devices.  Many administering authorities give specific guidelines on what and where to monitor in accordance with approvals and other guidelines.

The projects we work on tend to include setting up both short and long term dust monitoring programs/stations for extractive and industrial activities using a variety of passive and remote sensing techniques and equipment as well as, where applicable, providing ongoing equipment servicing/maintenance.

If your project or activity requires ambient air quality monitoring to be carried out or your are currently experiencing issues with air quality and need ambient levels quantified then contact us on (07) 4698 2335 or use our online project enquiry form, where we'd be more than happy to discuss with you your needs.
