Returns Policy

Order Cancellations

If notified before goods have been dispatched, Yarramine Environmental can accommodate order cancellations. If items have been shipped, Yarramine Environmental reserves the right to refuse order cancellation or charge a 15% cancellation fee should we be able to request the return of the package from our delivery service.

Refunds

Yarramine Environmental can accept refunds for items for any reason within the specified time frames outlined below:

Within 10 days:

You may return any or all of your items for any reason within 10 days (starts on the date the goods were received by the customer and ends on the date the goods have been received at our Crows Nest Warehouse) of payment for a full refund (minus the freight cost);

Note: If the freight cost has not been invoiced (ground shipments, discounts, promotions, etc.), the actual shipping cost WILL be deducted from the amount of the refund.

Within 30 days: You may return any or all of your equipment for any reason within 30 days (starts on the date the goods were received by the customer and ends on the date the goods have been received at our Crows Nest Warehouse);of purchase for a refund;(minus the freight cost) subject to 15% re-stocking fee.

Note: If the freight cost has not been invoiced (ground shipments, discounts, promotions, etc.), the actual shipping cost WILL be deducted from the amount of the refund.

After 30 days; No returns for refund will be accepted after 30 days of receipt of goods.

Requests for refunds must also meet our Return Acceptance Conditions as outlined below.

Exchange or Upgrade

You may return any or all of your equipment for exchange or upgrade within 60 days (starts on the date the goods were received by the customer and ends on the date the goods have been received at our Crows Nest Warehouse), of payment. Requests for exchanges or upgrades must also meet our Return Acceptance Conditions as outlined below.

Return Acceptance Conditions

You must return the original box(es) intact with all components. All components must be in like-new condition. All returns must be accompanied by RMA number (please click This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. to obtain an RMA number) PRIOR to returning the goods, a copy of the tax invoice and a copy of the delivery receipt and will only be granted to the actual purchaser whose name appears on the tax invoice. We recommend sending returns for all items other than bulky goods via registered post through Australia Post, as we do not accept responsibility for lost parcels. At our discretion, we may decline your return or charge you a fee for missing items or items that we determine are damaged or require service. All EFT, cash or cheque transactions will be refunded by cheque. Cheques take a minimum of four to six weeks for processing. Credit card transactions will be refunded to the credit card account used for the initial transaction.
