Delivery Information

How Much Is Delivery?

We understand that it's not always easy getting pest control products that you want in some parts of Australia, so we will send them to you. We use a combination of courier service, Yarramine Delivery, Store collection or Australia post to get your products to you in a timely manner.

Delivery is calculated through our checkout process, however as some of our items are considered bulky, freight on all items is not able to be calculated online. In these cases please contact our staff and we can organise a freight quote to suit your requirements.

What courier do you use?

For bulky items we utilise a variety of couriers depending on the size of the goods and the delivery location in Australia. For smaller items and parcels we may also utilise Australia Post.

Can you deliver to my work address?

Yes, we can deliver to your place of work. Please ensure to include the Business Name in the shipping of your order so the delivery driver can find you easily.

Can I pick up my item from you?
Yes, we offer local pick up. The pick up location is Shop 5 30 Creek Street Crows Nest QLD 4355. Please call us on (07) 4698 2335 after your purchase to arrange a suitable time.

How do I know my order is shipped?
Once your order is confirmed by email it is processed by our team. The items are packaged enclosed safely in a satchel or box with your packing slip. Your package is collected from us by our couriers or delivered to Australia Post. We will email you a shipping confirmation email containing your invoice as receipt as well as the tracking number/consignment note number.

How can I track my order?
Tracking information is located on your postage confirmation email which is sent out once your item is posted. You can input the tracking number into the courier or Australia Post website to track your parcel.

What happens if my items get lost in the mail?
The first thing to do is contact the carrier your order was sent with and quote your tracking number that was sent to you in your confirmation email. If your items are unable to be located by the carrier, we will lodge an enquiry from our end. Please contact our staff if you have any questions on this.

What happens if an item is missing from my order?
Sometimes, orders can be sent in multiple satchels/boxes as they may not fit in just one. Please contact our staff on (07) 4698 2335 to check if this is the case. If in the rare chance we have missed an item off your order we will arrange to have it sent straight away.
