As part of a restructure of the ownership of the South Burnett Livestock Exchange at Murgon, EC Agribusiness engaged Yarramine Environmental to undertake a Contaminated Land Due Diligence Investigation of a cattle dip at the Murgon Saleyards.

The purpose of the investigation was to investigate any potential soil contamination issues that might require management and/or remediation, and provide both EC Agribusiness and Landmark with a clear understanding of potential environmental related encumbrances associated with the property that would be inherited by Landmark upon part ownership.
